Not much luck with lettuce so far, I may try some Pak Choi ...Pak Choy, Bok Choy ? You know, some of that oriental green stuff. There seems to be a little confusion on what to call it, but it looks really nice and I am glad to hear it germinates quickly. Have you eaten it before, is it similar to lettuce?
