Wasp? Yeesh. We can get some nasty ones here. I just spotted another European Wasp this morning. Still, it is a beautiful insect.

Ahh I didn't think of the Insect ID forum, I will post it over there (unless a moderator will move this for me) Smiling

ETA: Found it! It is a parasitic wasp called a Gasteruptiid Wasp - Gasteruption sp.
