The seedling link helped, but then what my friend grew wasnt lithops the seedlings weren't triangular, the seeds don't match up either they are too large.

So I'm left puzzled what we got. I'll plant outside come spring after frost, but if they are succulents they won't grow outside that is the test, perhaps I'll plant half to see and wait if they die outside then they are probably some kind of succulent so I'll try indoors.
