I heard of a guy on you tube/saw his video that actually got his coffee tree to bear flowers and yes roasted beans from scratch, the secret/ wrapping the plant in giant plastic bags. coffee rarely flowers or fruits indoors.
that's where the plastic idea came from i guess. yeah either get a humidity tray or humidifier then
