I don't know if this is a problem as I cannot replicate it now.
When I came to ATP this morning via my bookmark, it had teeeeeeeny tiny type. I was able to do a control + to bring it back to readable type. I am attaching two screen clips

And after I zoom to normal
I did not have a problem until I came to ATP, other sites looked OK.
