With some fresh soil, regular fertilizer and decent light this should be a happy monster by next year. Those long shoots will provide a hold with some roots in nature, and from those shoots you will see the leaves forming. If you wish to keep this plants from sprawling out of control, you can shorten those (eventually) super long shoots. Leaves will then simply form lower down on that shoot.
You can also plant the cut shoot right into the same pot, especially if roots have formed on it.
