It will probably work for you, but know that its not highly regarded here. Not as pretty as the pictures suggest, and develops a thick mat of dead material under the living. Also, can grow too aggressively and take over a location without some serious cutting back. Its functional, but regarded as an 'older' way to cover a wall.
Try a passionflower (Frederick) instead.
