Ric, I was thinking of you today when I had to pull my Persian Shield from an ant infested pot and two pieces broke off. I have never tried rooting it but I was prepared with perlite after seeing your posts about it! I have my fingers crossed!
There was also a Gerber in the same pot. The roots were intertwined with the Persian Shield so I had to carefully tease them apart. I was able to divide the Gerber into six plants, it had multiplied that much!
