Ponytail Palm (Beaucarnea recurvata) is not really a true palm they sure are neat trees. That one must be ancient since they are fairly slow growers. I have a couple that need repotting and once we make our final move (south to Sebastian) next summer I plan on putting both in the ground. My sister and her husband moved to Sebastian a couple of months ago and she told me about Rock City Gardens and I can't wait to go there one day ... maybe this weekend since we're going down to visit!
