Hm, yeah, looks VERY similar. Awesomely quick identification!

Probably the same plant (just a slight genetic variation as seems to be the case from one plant to the next... I have two Echeveria Black Princes that look considerably different from each other, for example). My two seedlings (both came in a plant I purchased) have serrated tips only, spots on top, and stripes on the bottom.
