Great display, Sherry! Mt.Hood looks to bloom really well for you, which is interesting because I've read they perform better in colder zones. Its a high maintenance one for me, it requires division every 3 or 4 years or it stops blooming. Ice Follies is one of the most popular Daffs for good reason, a classic I'd never be without. Love the Ipheion with those doubles!

I've been on a quest for more early whites, but oddly there aren't that many out there. I am excited to see those I got from Old House Garden last year, they're budding nicely.

Bonnie, have you noticed Pink Silk in the catalogs? A trumpet with a shell pink, long stove pipe trumpet, and sounds like the one you had. A friend had given me a single bulb some years back (when they were still pricey), and it wasn't particularly happy where I had it. I divided and moved it last year and I believe she has a couple of buds, if the clump I was looking at was correct, LOL.
"...and don't think the garden loses its ecstasy in winter. It's quiet, but the roots are down there riotous." Rumi
