Actually, now is the right time to plant StarGazers, which are about the only asiatic/oriental lilies I've added to my yard. Their fragrance is heavenly, but can be overpowering, so I plant them away from the house, near the curbs so passers by can enjoy them. I get mine at Home Depot, because it's easier.
