We came from here, (where I was still eagerly anticipating some end-of-the month-collection of beauties from
@TedM)
The thread "Our Orchid blooms in March 2015" in
Orchids forum
It is still very chilly here in the NE today with some white dusting on lawns! But, it is toasty in the greenhouse and the seasonal blooms are moving right along!
The Bulbophyllum levanae 'Waterfield' is busting out with a bunch of spikes.
Cattleya lawrenceana is blooming with a problem, two of the blooms are properly shaped, the third shows the dorsal sepal stuck to the column. Last year all blooms showed this defect, I almost pitched the plant, but then gave it another chance. But it now seems designated for the compost pile. What do you think?
Dendrobium Love Memory 'Fizz' keeps blooming
Dendrobium superbum opens the first blooms on fairly short canes, but I take it!
Den smilliae still opens right along, and so does the Enanthleya Bob Gasko.
