I wish I had some "momentum", Melissa.

I went out to get the papers at 6:30 AM and it looked like Ole Faithful had sprung up in my flower bed. Water was running down the street. This was not the way I wanted to start my day. Sighing! I called the city "services" department, told them I had a huge leak at or near my meter and to have a crew come out ASAP. The crew showed up around 7:30 and said they would have to dig up two huge landscape bushes that were on either side of the meter. That did not make me happy. I just said do your best to salvage those bushes. Anyway, the crew got in with their backhoe and did manage (I think) to save the bushes. Don't ask me why the meters (one house, one irrigation system) were put square-dab in the middle of the side-bed. Sticking tongue out I even asked the crew-chief whether they might be able to move the meters 2-3 feet while they were here (to the edge of the bed), but he said the city manager would have to tell them to do that. Anyway, the house meter was removed and they found it was cracked. A new one was installed and we are back in business. The meter was probably made in China! Whistling

The reason it's so hard to lose weight when you get up in age is because your body and your fat have become good friends.
