I have seeds for that one, but no germination yet.
They say to plant the fern leaf one-- in part sun, as the leaves will burn in full bright sun.
That is paeonia tenuifolia.
The book by Halda suggests paeonia veitchii does well in light shade or open woodlands.
He agrees with Dora on the obovata suits shade. He suggests growing it on the west side of structures so it does not have morning sun , but a slow warm up.
P.emodi is recommended for shade and woodlands.
This is just from the book and I have no experience with these.
Some of the more common lactifloras will grow in part shade, but the flowering will be less than if they get more sun.
