Try ordering some of Palatine's grafted hybrid teas, Trish. Rainbow Niagara is one they offer every year, and mine from Palatine is among this year's "10-footers."

Rose (Rosa 'Rainbow Niagara')

Most hybrid teas don't grow well on their own roots. Lafter and Helen Hayes do perform well on their own roots, so you don't have to worry about finding grafted specimens of those.
