Do you have a pic of it, or does it otherwise match the description? I was thinking maybe not since it's always first for you but registered EM. There are 16 Hagerstrom registrations in the AHS database but none have a name similar to 'Rosa'. There are 48 registrations that start with Rosa, 12 that end with rosa and a total of 87 that have rosa somewhere in the name. Searching on these with a minimum height of 40" narrows it down to 10 though and three of those are too new and also not likely to be abbreviated rosa. These are the remaining seven.

Rosa Fulvultra, Rosabel, Rosada, Rosalie, Rosalind, Rosalure, Tetra Rosalind
