It is opposite leafed compound leaf plant which makes it not any tree that I know of. I am thinking a shrub and I was wondering if you had planted any elderberry plants? The leaf looks almost a little too wide to me, but it is the right shape. With the new cultivars being sold some might not be quite exactly what we are expecting.
