Hi Gardenspot, welcome to ATP.

I see you are zone 8, what area do you live in??

Yes I keep mine indoors year round, I am zone 3 and live at an altitude of 3500 feet so we can get frost in early June and again mid to late August, so short summer with cool night, also I don't want them to get bugs.
