We've had over 3.5" rain and lightning all around us. All the usual low water closings are flooded. Just didn't think it was that serious. It's still pouring, but at least the lightning has moved on.
I spread lots of mulch out front this morning. I hope my "down the hill" neighbor isn't going to have it all tomorrow morning!
Edited to add: Twenty seven low water crossings in Austin are now flooded.
