Go for it, Claudia. These garlics are simply amazing in both flavor and pungency. It is hard for me to describe them or compare them to what we get in our grocery stores. The problem you'll have is that when you and your husband taste them and begin to use them, it is hard to save enough to plant in the fall. That's my problem! Whistling
