Does this peony look familiar to anyone? It's very early, flowering, way before other "regular" peonies, and the foliage is different. For a bit of phenology, Pulmonaria officinalis, Trillium grandiflorum, Erythronium americanum are blooming now also. It was here when we moved in many years ago and has survived various traumas and has now found itself in a window-well.
