Hrm... This feels like a test, do you already know the answer?
Without more info, I'd guess a bolete of some type, looks like yellow underneath, if so, don't eat it unless your very sure it's safe!
I can't see the trees near it, that would help, those look like maple leaves...
If you are really looking for an ID, we should a new thread, I think.
