We decided to ask our tree guy to put in trees. So today we added some baby hemlocks along the border. We have well established pines and spruces and firs in between these areas. The good news is that because we now will have a windbreak, I also put in a few Japanese maples (Bloodgood I assume). Hope wha is reading this!
