Perhaps you get lucky. We have now a new neighbor in Pennsy, he is really cleaning up and he took down the old fence - it will stay cow pasture, but he is installing an electric fence. But, have to see how it goes, his property has beautiful spots which we have always visited throughout the Summer.
Here is the nice bonfire we were all watching. It was a regular party!

About the Painted Trillium, they are very rare at out our place too, I found in all these years only 3 plants in bloom. And the white one is a single plant which comes back year after year in the same spot.
