I don't have all on Gerry's list, but here's my experience with those I do have.

Allan P McConnell. 10" - nice small hosta, but NOT a mini. Grows fast and is easy to divide. Makes great borders.

Blue Mouse Ears. 6" - the best growing of this series for me.
Frosted Mouse Ears. 7" - another which has grown reasonably well for me but which is very, small this year.
Holy Mouse Ears. 6" - had one. It, and ALL the other white-centred "mice" I've had have reverted to solid colour. This family is quite unstable.

Cameo. 4" - the best growing of this family other than 'Baby Bunting' which is solid blue.
Dragon Tail. 8" - nice yellow mini
Illicit Affair. 6" - grows well for me
Lakeside Cupcake. 6" - definitely NOT a mini. Mine is about 12" and in some years the leaves have been huge. But I've also found it a very slow grower.

Limey Lisa. 6" - grows fast and makes a low dense mat. Good for ground cover.
Moonstruck. 10" - I've found this one to be a very fussy, slow growing hosta and I'm getting rid of it. I don't think it's a mini.
Popo. 5" - cute little hosta
Teaspoon. 8" - another which is not a mini although it is small. Grows very fast; so allow space for it.
Teeny-weeny Bikini. 4" - have had and lost two. It was the smallest hosta in my garden.
Tiny Tears. 2" - fast growing mini

You'll find a list of registered mini hostas at: http://www.hostalists.org/host...
And others which are recognized by the AHS as mini, but not registered are at: http://www.hostalists.org/host...

Other registered minis which I have in my garden are:
'Blue Cadet' - fast growing, solid blue, registered mini
'Church Mouse' - another "mouse" which does well for me and has ruffled leaves
'Country Mouse' - a different family from the "mouse ears" family and I like this one the best of all. Grows well.
'Curly Fires' is a registered mini, but somehow I don't think it will stay on the list long. At least mine has leaves which are too large for the criteria.
'Kifukurin Ko Mame' if you can find it, is a wonderful mini. One of my earliest hostas, it grows fast, is easy to divide and makes a wonderful border.

'Kinbotan' grows nearly as fast as KKM above, but is lower to the ground.
'Lakeside Elfin Fire' - grows well for a white-centred mini.
'Lakeside Zinger' - is a bit streaky and grows fast
'Lemon Frost' - another fast-growing mini. 'Twist of Lime' is in the same family but doesn't grow quite as quickly for me. (There are others in the family which I don't have).

'Little Red Rooster' has red legs and has grown well.
'Masquerade' - was an early hosta and it grew well for years, but I eventually lost it. I have a replacement, but it's growing very slowly.
'Pandora's Box' of the "Baby Bunting' family struggles. Mine is hanging on, but barely.
'Pixie Vamp' which is a registered mini but grows quite quickly - one of the very best of my newer hostas

'Surprised by Joy' I've had for a long time but it struggles with slugs.
'Tears of Joy' - really cute little, upright mini
'X-rated' - one of the best growing of mini hostas with white leaf centres.
