Name: Catmint/Robin PNW WA half hour south of Olym (Zone 8a)
I got another photo and it's growing quickly now and is definitely a vine, as it is already twining up the metal fence that separates my yard from my neighbor's yard. I think Chameleon plant is not a vine so hopefully I am safe on that count! Whew.
