I have always used AAA markers. Years ago ( before I got a tall fence) my neighbor's little girl decided to pick a bouquet of them. I'll never forget the sheepish look and profound apology when my neighbor rang the doorbell holding the markers. This is a very good argument for why we all need 1) garden maps and 2) underground name markers! I have some, but not all areas plotted out, but with a fence I feel more secure about the markers staying in place.
