I have fixed the problem with the quote marks.
Now, as for the GPS coordinates, I updated the system to accommodate this situation. Starting now if you change the location but do not change the GPS coordinates, the system will assume that new coordinates are needed and it'll proceed to clear (and then re-set) the coordinates on your behalf. This saves a lot of trouble - starting now you should not have to mess with the coordinates at all unless the address you give simply won't find the right place (which does happen.)
