The black spots can be picked out, exposing an open wound, I wouldn't do that tho...

Try cinnamon or copper dust.
Chances are, with some good sun and wind, your jade will be fine.
At worst it'll drop the affected leaves.
Make sure to get them outta the pot tho, no sense in letting them fester near the roots!
