Major problem!

The bulbs (Hymenocallis littoralis and harrisiana) I received not too long ago seemed okay when I got them. I planted them a day later (H. h in full ground and H. l in pots with potting soil) with hopes of growth the coming weeks.
However, something told me to dug 'm up to have a look at how they're doing, so I did. Turns out ALL my H. harrisiana bulbs are showing small fungal dots on the basal plate and one H. littoralis also. The old roots are soft, but the bulbs still feel firm.

What do I do? I've gone through so much trouble to get them. I don't want to loose them Crying
