The link you gave looks very much like it, but I don't think it is.

I don't think this plant is in the carrot family.
The stem is very straight and hard, no sign of an enlarged root.

I'm suspicious that my plant is a medicinal herb from Appalachia, the area I've found it in is very unusual, with MANY plants that should not be there.
