Hi Rod, and Welcome! to ATP. Glad you found your way here.

It looks like the cuttings are stressed. They will need to be watered until the roots systems establish, then they will look like the parent plant. What kind of dirt was used? Hmm, just looked at the dirt, it doesn't look like it should be a problem. Did the cuttings have any roots started when you planted them?
