You may want to think twice about Zepherine Drouhin if you're anywhere near the ocean. It's not a good rose near the beach as it gets every disease in the book...in my experiences, anyway.
"Colette" does very well for me here near the water but she does "pout" in the heat of summer. Mine is on an arbor just like yours.
I second the suggestion of Golden Showers. Does very well for me here and even tolerates a good amount of shade.
