No, you are right! It is Rebutia marsoneri var. krainziana, without a doubt. I don't know why the database says its a cultivar of miniscula, maybe marsoneri and miniscula are aliases of each other? Who knows! But it is a spitting image of Rebutia marsoneri var. krainziana if you do a Google image search.
