When I try to "Import" it will not recognize the card reader. It gives me only one option (in their eyes), the old computer that we got rid of almost 3 years ago.
I removed Picasa, then reinstalled it.
I went to Picasa's help center but didn't find an answer.
Should I keep removing and reinstalling until it recognized my card reader?
