We have a Chinese family down the street from us. Her father came to visit and spent quite some time, most days, in my garden. When he returned to China, he sent a sack of dried Gogi berries to his daughter to give to me. He gave instructions for me to eat two a day. I ate a few, but was somewhat reluctant to continue, not knowing how the berries were prepared. I finally tossed them. I'm sure they were fine, but I just wasn't sure.

I have a huge Hackberry tree out in the green belt. I will have to try growing Gogis under this cursed tree! Great article. I do think they have many health benefits.
