I planted a coreopsis last fall from Santa Rosa gardens. It was a large order and I had plants crowding each other. I took a look at this coreopsis this spring and I thought, hmm I'm gonna use that small fence that I had to try and contain it. This was my first coreopsis, I wasn't sure that it wasn't the tomato that ate Chicago.
The name is Big Bang Mercury Rising and I have a new Hot Lips Salvia that is not sleeping either.
