Evan tip them out of the pots and check the roots. Wouldn't bump them up till they fill the pots. Actually the A. gracile should be ready if I remember it had a pretty full pot of roots. That's probably why your getting the inflorescence. They don't like a whole lot of extra room in the pot. I've never used the dilute seaweed/fish emulsion spray, might try watering it in instead. Not sure how they would respond to that on the leaves. Shrug!
