I am getting so tired of people who think that they have their jobs through the "job fairy" and it doesn't matter how they treat customers. We need to start teaching people that there's this basic equation about how the economy runs. A customer BUYS something from a business. That Business can then afford to HIRE you. If the customer keeps on buying, you keep getting paid. If the customers STOPS buying, the money dries up and you are out of a job. I remember telling this to a youngster not long ago and just getting this blank shocked stare in response. *rolls eyes* I guess they think the boss just goes out and shakes a money tree to pay their wages.
