Dear Charleen, it is a beautiful place indeed and I do hope to see you in Part 2!
Charley would love the Common with its Horse troughs and as much grass, cherries, apples, pears etc., that he could eat whilst I took you round the Garden. I know I would have to buy him a Rum & Raisin Ice Cream as a desert, and then a pint of Ale afterwards! Rolling on the floor laughing Rolling on the floor laughing Rolling on the floor laughing
