So close. Almost correct, but the leaves are too thin to be a Catalpa...

Chitalpa, x Chitalpa tashkentensis, is a cross between two species in the same family, Bignoniaceae: catalpa, Catalpa bignonoides and desert willow, Chilopsis linearis.
