ATP (All Things Plants) is what the US should be.. by the people for the people. And yes, while Dave & Trish are the owners and could rule this website with an iron fist, they don't. They're very forgiving of everyone and make this site as inclusive as possible. It doesn't matter if someone has never grown a plant in their entire life, they're welcome. It doesn't matter if someone has a 2000 acre farm. They're welcome too. Say someone grows only weeds in their yard and just needs help? Sure, c'mon in. Or if someone hybridizes the most spectacular orchids. Ok, here's a place for you. This is like a giant Thanksgiving dinner with all the best fixin's. Everyone's welcome, everyone gets a plate, everyone is included. I haven't felt any "cliques" here or a non-inclusiveness that you find in some other sites. Plus, all this for free? The only thing that Dave & Trish as for is politeness and that you treat everyone as you've been treated: with respect?
That's why, in my opinion, All Things Plants has *got* to be the best gardening, if not one of the best public forums, on the web.
