After doing more research I am satisfied that this is a Morus alba, native of China, invasive here in parts of the USA. When the tree is cut back, multiple branches re-grow exhibiting these unusually large leaves. Checking the tree for more mature growth I find the 'normal' shaped Mulberry leaves for Morus alba.
