I've always had a lot of respect for this species! Every year I look forward to its blooms, which are like a celebration of spring! I really love the taste of the ripe berries later. Delicious! It's not often you can find fruit on something that can grow in poor soil and not even needing much water!

I would feel more optimistic about a bright future for man if he spent less time proving that he can outwit Nature and more time tasting her sweetness and respecting her seniority. E. B.White
