I am with bamira ... although the leaves resemble Rubber Plant (Ficus elastica) they don't appear to be thick and succulent like F. elastica. Leaves and stems look more like Dieffenbachia to my eyes. For comparison, photos of each:


And, it does indeed look a lot like Dumb Cane (Dieffenbachia longispatha)
