I am not sure about the latex flow since I don't have the plant with me yet. I will inspect it more carefully when I separate the pup from the mother plant in a few weeks. I will look at the caring instructions for Dieffenbachia longispatha (thanks Bamira!) since by the look of the stem and leaves that is what it probably is.
