Surprisingly GREEN Pittsburgh (Zone 6a)

I never peel or seed tomatoes.
I think the fiber is important enough.
But then I have always eaten a LOT of raw fruits and veggies - anyone who doesn't should go easy!
It's kind of like building up your tolerance for hot peppers!
