OMG! I've noticed that some people move out here in the country and then clear the property, leaving just a few trees. These lots are mostly an acre or more! Always wondered why??? All those great Texas Mountain Laurels, Escarpment Black Cherry Trees, Texas Persimmons, Live Oaks, Texas Red Oaks, etc. I won't even get rid of that many Ashe Junipers, although I do have to remove some or they'd just take over.
