I have several Flame Coral - the center dark spot is purple and not as pronounced, and the main color is very bright. Allowing for camera and lighting differences that might look more pink or more coral at times, I doubt this one is Coral Flame. It actually looks like Pink Flame to me. If it is, you will be happy with it -- the entire Flame series is an outstanding group of short phlox cultivars.
And maybe this is because it's late in the season, but I have found more mis-labeled plants around lately than I have ever seen before. Last weekend I saw a whole group of large dark-leaved sedum labeled as "Thundercloud." Not.
